Keyware broadens by an incorporation in Luxembourg and an office in Paris
Keyware Technologies (EURONEXT Brussels: KEYW) has incorporated the subsidiary Keyware SARL in Luxembourg. In addition the Group has opened an office in Paris. This international expansion is an answer to the growing demand for proven and qualitative payment solutions in these regions.
Keyware SARL, based in Luxembourg City, shall offer a large portfolio of payment solutions as from the second quarter of 2019: rental and sale of payment terminals (including contactless payments), contracts to process debit and credit card transactions, Keyware’s SPLIT application offering deferred payments as well as its own S-Token applications to anonymize the (transaction) data. In addition Keyware SARL shall offer local commercial support for the order- and payment app of its sister enterprise EasyOrder.
The launch of the activities in Luxembourg is, next to direct commercial opportunities in the region, additionally justified by the vicinity towards the Belgian corporate seat and its strategic position. The Grand Duchy is enclosed between the regions South-East Belgium, North-East France and West Germany, so that the activities relating to both Keyware’s traditional and fintech solutions can also be deployed and managed in these regions.
In France, the presence and the interest of both corporate clients and important prospects in and around Paris cause a high demand from local commercial teams outside of Paris. The opening of an office in the French capital provides quicker feedback to various commercial opportunities, both at partners as at customers. Located in the direct vicinity of the railway station Gare de Lyon, the office enables an excellent connection by public transportation to and from Brussels and Lyon. From an environmental perspective, an important number of driving miles is avoided as a result.
“The incorporation of a subsidiary in Luxembourg and the opening of an office in Paris are the logical steps to support our international growth. The direct presence of customers, partners and prospects shall enhance a better feedback and shall accelerate the decision process.”
